All hats are hand crocheted. A ribbon is weaved through the bottom and tied in a bow. Tighten or loosen the ribbon to adjust sizing of the hat. The embellishments are on a clip to allow it to be used as a barrette as well. It also allows for easy washing of the hat. Two-for-one...a hat and a barrette!
